Copline is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to serving active and retired law enforcement officers and their loved ones by providing CONFIDENTIAL 24/7 trained retired officers for callers that are dealing with various stressors law enforcement careers encounter both on and off the job. Whether it is just a “bad day” or a crisis we are here to listen. We are able to assist with a referral to a culturally competent mental health professional.

Shatterproof @ FHE Health

844-353-1747

"Shatterproof at FHE (formerly Florida House Shatterproof) employs evidence-based therapies, innovative medical care, and a comprehensive wellness program. These focus on symptoms of PTSD, among other mental health conditions, in order to help our first responders successfully manage their condition and/or achieve life-long recovery from drugs and alcohol.  Shatterproof is designed to help first responders overcome specific obstacles and increase their ability to manage emotions during stressful situations without turning to self-medication. Our medical team works to customize a care plan tailored to the underlying issues that contribute to substance use disorders. Patients in the program also meet with therapists whose experience is specialized to meet their treatment needs.  Our evidence-based, holistic treatment approach addresses every individual’s physical, neurological, mental, social, emotional and spiritual well-being. We also utilize a peer-support group model— to help improve our patients’ outcomes by placing patients together who have similar backgrounds. This allows patients to feel more comfortable, resulting in better outcomes."

First Responder Resources

Academy Hour provides valid, practical, relevant, and supportive mental health education which will help Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders gain resiliency, longevity, and overall well-being, on- and off- the job.

The First Responder Support Network (FRSN) is a nonprofit offering treatment and education to promote recovery from stress and critical incidents experienced by first responders and their families.  FRSN hosts The West Coast Post-Trauma Retreat, a six-day residential treatment as well as the Significant Others and Spouses , a similar program for the partners of first responders who have been affected by critical incidents experienced by their loved ones.

Behind the Badge NM is a non-profit originally formed by Mental Health Counselor Mary F. Baca, LPCC to give back to First Responders and their families by creating a fund of monies to pay for counseling and ancillary services. In addition, Behind the Badge NM has a Peer Support Team comprised of First Responders who are trained to lend a listening ear and shoulder to lean on when their fellow brothers and sisters are in need.

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!  HELP IS AVAILABLE!

Making First Responder Mental Health a priority.  Our mission is to work towards positive change in the First Responder Culture as we continue to raise awareness, advocate and educate on the devastating effects of PTSD for First Responders and Families that could lead to suicide.  We are working with many others towards making real change a reality.
